Marianne van der Pool is a executive and career coach, specializing in talent development and gender dynamics in organizations. She coaches managers, entrepreneurs and professionals. Her focus points are the optimal use of talent at work, work life balance, and gender differences in leadership. To support the coaching, she employs talent analysis.
Educated as a clinical psychologist, Marianne worked from 1973 to 1997 as a psychotherapist and manager in the field of psychological health care. In 1997, together with Aukje Delahay she founded the successful psychological consultancy agency Talent in Balance. In 2008, Marianne van der Pool also joined the team of Van der Pool Consultancy.
Marianne van der Pool is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a licensed "Now What" career coach. She hears to the ethical codes as stated by the ICF and the NOBCO.
